B-18 Studios combine curated office workspaces with art, coffee, and a stunning high-stud indoor courtyard.

This gives residents and visitors an open, light-filled space to eat, communicate with one another, and host events. Boardroom and kitchen facilities are shared. The private office studios accommodate 11 businesses and Little Merchants Coffee Bar, serving outstanding coffee and food.

B-18 has a real feeling of community, with a refreshing energy between offices, cultural support of the arts every two months including exhibitions and events, dog-friendly worksite and carefully selected plants to create an atrium-like feel. This is the life style workspace of the future.
